How to Attract and Seduce Women: I’ve got to take better care of myself

Hi Guys,

I hope that you’ve all had a really great day.

I like my women but most of all I like attractive women. I like my women to be pleasing to the eye. I like women who take good care of themselves.

In one of my previous articles I wrote about what women look for in a man and in another I wrote about what I look for in a woman.

While I was reviewing what I had written in the past I decided to take stock of myself and sadly I must admit that I’ve let myself go. The sedentary lifestyle I’ve been leading of late just does not help at all. Generous portions of good food and wine have not helped at all. And as the saying goes “what is good for the goose is good for the gander”.

I feel that I probably need to loose between 5 and 10 kilograms. Apart from loosing this weight it would not be a bad idea to tone my body up a bit. I suppose the word weight is the wrong word to use, actually I need to loose fat.

I know that there is no miracle pill on the market. However I don’t want to spend a fortune on fad diets. So I’ve been digging around for a program that I can follow in order to loose my excess weight and keep it off.

I’ve seen a couple of promising programs that I plan to explore further. I plan to look at approximately three programs to see which of these programs suit me best.

I also plan to keep a photographic record of my progress but whether or not I will put them onto my website for all to see that is another matter.

The reason for going through them is the simple fact that we are all different and what works for one person does not necessarily work for another and so I would like to find the one that would suit me best.

As I found out for myself it is easy to forget to take care of oneself. Let’s face it but just as we want our women to look good the want us to look good as well.

So have a good hard look at yourself and if you fall short of your expectations regarding yourself I urge you to do something about it.

This brings me to another problem. I’ve known too many people that go on diets regularly. They loose the weight / fat and then in the blink of an eye pile it on once again… to only go onto another diet.

The multi billion dollar / pound / euro diet industry is only too happy for the above scenario to repeat itself ad infinitum

The way I see it; loosing weight / fat and keeping the weight off are two different things.

The problem as I see it is this: initially the dieters had a goal… to loose weight. However, once they have reached their goal they revert to type.

Whilst they were on the diet they ate less, but as soon as they finish the diet they go back to eating what they previously ate and in the same quantities as before.

I believe that to keep the weight off, you requires a lifestyle change; staring with being more active, eating less than you previously ate before the diet, drinking less alcohol and laying off junk foods, soda’s and sweets.

For most of us, there is nothing wrong with occasionally eating a packet of crisps or having the occasional drink, but for others they act as trigger foods. They act as a drug to your system and you crave more. For instance, if you open a large packet of crisps you will, instead of eating a few crisp, eat the whole packet.

Trigger foods are any foods that trigger you to overeat and/or binge. They are foods that you just can’t get enough of; one bite is never enough and one helping isn’t enough.

Trigger foods can also lead you to overeat on other foods that initially you weren’t even thinking about eating if you feel guilty for eating your trigger foods in the first place!

For me, my trigger foods are anything that contains refined sugar especially sweets. As I am aware of this, I try to moderate myself and control the amount of refined sugar I ingest.

I like my drink, but I’ve known too many people whose lives have been ruined by alcohol, so I’ve always moderated the amount I drink at any time.

However, I can only moderate the amount of trigger food through awareness and by being honest to myself. And as with all human vices it is only too easy to come up with excuses.

I think that the biggest change you have to make, when you want to loose weight and keep it off, is a mental one.

First of all you must believe that you can loose the weight because if you do not believe that you can succeed, you won’t!

As Henry Ford put it “Whether You Believe You Can, Or You Can’t, You Are Right”

If you don’t believe that you can loose the weight or think that it will be too difficult to do so you will sabotage yourself. You will loose to your subconscious mind. Oh, that so devious part of your brain, reluctant to change, will readily provide you with all the reasons not to take action.

Most people use motivation as their leverage to force themselves to act. But motivation is an external force that often requires massive steps. And for a few days or even weeks you stick with the plan until your subconscious mind wins the argument and as your motivation wanes you fall back to your old ways.

It was never going to be a fair fight.

The steps were too big.

But all is not lost; there is another way.

You have to convince your subconscious mind that you really want to change. So how do we change something that wants to keep the status quo?

You have to nudge it in the right direction. You have to get it to believe that loosing weight is right for you. You have to change your core belief and for this we need a game plan that includes a step be step strategy to get your subconscious mind to be in tandem with your desired outcome… loosing weight and feeling good about yourself.

Another thing that I believe is important is educating ourselves about the food we eat. Where it comes from and where it is reared.

For instance using certain spices in our food can increase your metabolic rate considerably.

I’ve come to realise that so many preservatives, additives (such as MSG) and sweeteners (such as Aspartame) are slowly poisoning us and should be kept out of our diet if at all possible.

I have been educating myself albeit slowly. However, having the information is one thing but not acting upon this information can lead to disappointment and even frustration within oneself.

You don’t have to get everything right. Just as long as you take action on your knowledge and you’ll find yourself on the way to creating a new you one-step at a time.
